Div 1 saw this round go down with some great matchups and some more fundamental basketball play that you can expect to see amongst the best teams on Mondays night!
Dellys Disciples took the game second half from the Benders and hustled harder getting the W. Jordan P 11 & Pat played hard and got the same score on the sheet, with 11 points to ensure they get the win this round. . Toby S played well as far as getting 9 points worth of buckets in the win. whilst on the other team, Dan W with an epic performance and great score of 20 points on the sheet , Kalos H ended up with an efficient 9 points but that wasnt enough to get his team over the line this time. Dellys Disciples’ 5 game losing streak is now erased! Getting this one to go from the Benders who are just unlucky lately especially in the late game as they start strong most games only to fall short by the end. Dan W held the team up wit his expert midrange actions but the combo of shared scoring amonst the Delly screw overcame that performance to get the winand climb into equal 4th with Benders!
Wasted Potential with an amzing finish and win vs Shaqtin’ a Fools who end a good run of recent games, copping a slight loss this time. Ziv Z let it fly and hit more than missed with 14 points to shut the defense down. . Seth was heating up as he bagged 13 points, a much needed performance as they won the scoring matchup against the other teams leading man. Despite a good effort by the other team as Lachy CR got the game high in points outscoring everyone with 26 points recorded by the bench , Elliot J got to good spots on the court and shot well with 15 points helping out with the teams offensive load. . Shaqtn’ a Fools 7 game winning streak is over! Wasted Potential wasnted this one, and started a little slow as the Shaqtin’ a Fools crew got to work with some nice outside shots which kept going all game from Lachy CR taking the game high again, Elliot also got some 3s to go but this wasn’t enough as Wasted Potential pushed the ball in and out to Ziv for 3 and Seth and Dan B on the drives giving Wasted Potential the win and the 3rd spot at the moment. Shaqtin’ a Foolssit in 1st still but have now got their 2nd loss.
Div 2 had some dream matchups for the fans as we go around again to finish the season off with another round robin of matchups with the short stacked div.
The Bandicoots started strong and got the jump on Unanderra 26ers in a clinic, taking advantage of lesser defensive matchup. Angus M , a huge huge night with a rarely seen display, and UBL career high! 58 points in the big dominating victory. . Sam C had the licence to shoot and put them up to end on 12 points to get over the line. but on the other side Zach F let it fly and hit more than missed with 14 points as he was operating in automatic mode , Jeremy C kept his eye on the hoop and ended up with 13 points together as they go down in this matchup. This game as historic! As the whole game was all focused on one performance, a HUGE game by Angus who was attacked from everywhere and hitting 3s from extra deep and logo range as well as some slick and1s to total a huge 58 points, the 60 mark just out of reach as time ran out, the Unanderra 26ers shaking their heads in helplessness as they witnessed this massacre. Zach and Jeremy did what they could to stop the bleeding, but there was no stopping Angus this game!
Double Dribble grinded out a win in back and forth match vs Cream City couldnt stop the unselfish offense they were faced with this game. Matt G Popping up some well timed floaters in the lane getting numbers, with 16 point game to contribute to his teams effort. . Shayne R was shooting well from deep with 12 points worth of buckets in the win. Which for this game outshines the effort of, Trent F was unconscious and had no remorse for the defense piling in 17 points worth of buckets in the loss.. , Taco J felt it was time to step up and got 6 points on the sheet . Double Dribble at it again being cominant as they catch Cream City off guard ina bunch of plays which enabled them to creep ahead and keep the lead. Cream City still the wins the fashion award but cops the loss to a strong Double Dribble crew that sit in 2nd now and Cream City sit in 3rd place.
Div 3 has some great turns of luck this round, with some teams ending some huge losing streaks with a great game that was worthy of a review. Check out whos making Ws happen and whos being streaky in a bad way!
Air Ballers had better offense than the defense of their opponent, Orange Peelers and went back to the locker room with a solid Win. Sam T 7 & Joel RG played hard and got the same score on the sheet, with 7 points, a much needed performance as they won the scoring matchup against the other teams leading man. . Harrison P ended up with an efficient 5 points on the sheet even though from the other team, Moey scored well but it wasnt enough as he notched 7 points but a loss unfortunately , Will pulling in much needed offensive rebounds as well as 5 points helping out with the teams offensive load. . Orange Peelers still without their captain Omar as they work on their own style of ball distribution trying to work their usual magic against the hype crew Air Ballers this round. Air Ballers have been playing well and the rank has reflected that effort as they sit in 3rd. Orange Peelers just on top in 2nd place now despite a 2 game losing streak.

Bricklayers needed an overtime thriller against the Straight off the Couch and was victorious this round, thanks to some players putting in work. Les H getting stats from everywhere including 9 points to ensure they get the win this round. . Michajlo finished the game with a commendable 9 points in this game. Whilst on the other team, Dom R heat checked after hitting afew shots and kept going, owning this game with a great 14 points but a loss unfortunately , Muhammad S got to good spots on the court and shot well with 12 points as he pitched in to add to the score. ricklayers 13 game losing streak is over! Bricklayers rise up and get their first win of the season against the Straight off the Couch crew who have been getting their reps up to try and bury teams with 3 pointers which was what they had to do to stop the Bricklayers from getting ahead of them. Dom was big on many run stopping plays but they winner wasn’t decided in regular time or OT, and they had to go to penalty shootout! Bricklayers crept ahead with a solid free throw shot after a long grind of s shootout of epic proportions! Great game and good win to Bricklayers despite a solid game by Straight off the Couch to force double OT!
Dunkings was ready this time around for PRESTIGE WORLDWIDE and pushed it all the way to the end. Sam B beasted hard this game finishing on a great 22 big ones to conlclude the mission . Ivan C also helped out in the win with 17 points on the sheet which simply outscored the other teams leaders being, Jono C was stroking it with ease from all parts of the arc. 14 points recorded by the bench , Jaden got a few buckets to go helping out the team with 12 points helping out with the teams offensive load. The trade system must have been bypassed this game as the core of each team took on each other with some added assets. Dunkings had this one as the One Two punch of Ivan an Sam took control despite Jono C hitting some Curry-esque consecutive 3s to shot hes evolved into an offensive force that needs to be checked! Pandemic Ps started as favorites, but underestimated L.A ICONS in a game that started close but ended one sided. George S beasted hard this game finishing on a great 24 points to ensure they get the win this round. Sam H with an epic performance and great score of 22 points to get over the line. simply out working the other scorers being, Ryan S scored well but it wasnt enough as he notched 16 points in this game. , Mitch B was feeling good with 13 points in the loss . LA ICONS is on a 5 game game winning streak! Pandemic Ps just weren’t ready to get out on the break like L.A ICONS was this game. L.A ICONS forcing the pace with long passes and quick points which just overwhelmed the Pandemic Ps by the end even though Ryan and Mtich were doing their thing on the offensive end. Well. Goerge and Sam H combined for 46 points and hammers the Pandemic Ps enough to give them the loss this game. L.A ICONS in equal 2nd and Pandemic Ps in 4th.
