UBL is Back! With the lockdown over its time to get back to ball, and what better way than a scrimmage between divisions to see who has come back with super powers and who used the time to bulk for the post! It was an epic round!
Double Dunkers got a good first ever win on the forever hustling Bezznation and set the tone from the start, big mentions to the performers in this game. Jed P couldnt miss much as he led his team with 15 points to ensure they get the win this round. Tim just too much experience shooting the 3 with 12 points worth of buckets in the win. whilst on the other team, Adam R got the game high in points outscoring everyone with 25 points on the sheet , Sam M was heating up as he bagged 6 points but that wasnt enough to get his team over the line this time. The defending Div 1 champs get a warm up and Bezznation got a chance to take down the big dog! It was all Double Dunkers this time though, with Bezznation having some good plays to go down fighthing, big game by Adam! Tim was on fire from deep, no rust in this game!
Multiple Scoregasm werent going to stand down against Cream City and it went to plan as they got a W on the backs of their scorers. Michael H , a huge huge night with a rarely seen display, possible UBL career high! 29 points to shut the defense down. Aidan & James combined jersey numbers and scores to put in 16comb points, a much needed performance as they won the scoring matchup against the other teams leading man. Despite a good effort by the other team as Andrew Boj Snapping the wrist to perfection finding the bottom of the net for 28 points recorded by the bench , Chris also helped out in the win with 6 points helping out with the teams offensive load. . Scoregasms were ready to go and the banded together Cream City did their best behid big Boj and his big game from inside and out. The teamwork was too much this time and Scorgasms got up!
Fighting Ducks grinded out a win in back and forth match vs The Generals and pushed it all the way to the end. Ivan C heat checked after hitting afew shots and kept going, owning this game with a great 28 point game to contribute to his teams effort. Michael B Popping up some well timed floaters in the lane getting numbers, with 12 points worth of buckets in the win. Which for this game outshines the effort of, Matt B let it fly and hit more than missed with 14 points worth of buckets in the loss.. , Jordyn W got to good spots on the court and shot well with 7 points on the sheet . The Ducks were flying again as the Generals watched Ivan dribble around them on his way to a big game that was too much for the Generals this time.
The Bandwagoners had better offense than the defense of their opponent, Dream Team and went back to the locker room with a solid Win. Josh H let it fly and hit more than missed with 18 points in the big dominating victory. . Lach CR played well as far as getting 12 points to get over the line. but on the other side Jerome T couldnt be stopped this game, and couldnt be contained, the D had no answer as he scored a whopping 22 points as he was operating in automatic mode , Mitch P 9 & Grant O kept his eye on the hoop and ended up with 8 points in the matchup that couldve gone either way. Bandwagoners look good with some new plays showing their new athletic attack which was too much for Dream Team this time despite Jeromes 22.
DK’s Ballers went back and forth but held the lead most of the game against The Prawns and hustled harder getting the W. Doug K was unconscious and had no remorse for the defense piling in 16 points, a much needed performance as they won the scoring matchup against the other teams leading man. . M Keogh pitched in to add to the score with, 15 points on the sheet even though from the other team, Nick had the licence to shoot and put them up to end on 18 points but a loss unfortunately , Darcy J getting stats from everywhere including 5 points helping out with the teams offensive load. DK’s Ballers started off hot with Doug getting ghis eye in early, but the Prawns weren’t going down easy and had some great plays in the game. Bu tthis time Dks Ballers were too much and snatched the Grading round W.
Top Gun Free Agent Crew were pumped to be playing Alley oopsies in a game that had the winners go on scoring runs that werent answered in time. TGAC strong as ever with their guns firing and shots sinking, not missing a beat and looking like the team that could surprise this season. Ally oopsies had a great run and looked to show some great work on the inside and out, their journey starts here with a humbling loss but many great things to come when they settle into their division.

Bricklayers were ready to get busy and it showed on the court as they dived for the ball and preseason grading glory! Heat check were doing well on both ends of the court, but lost out in rebounds and put backs which meant all the difference in this defensive match.
