Div 1 had things started off and the new team is in the mix, and just took down the undefeated Shaqtn. The Div gets a shake up!! Whos turning head this round?
Bitter Sweet Ballers just able to get the win by a bucket or so vs Shaqtin’ a Fools , who underestimated the accuracy of their opponent and copped a loss for it Kiti B finished the game with a commendable 17 points to ensure they get the win this round. . Jakiah B pitched in to add to the score with, 11 points worth of buckets in the win. whilst on the other team, Lachy CR with an epic performance and great score of 27 points on the sheet , Corey J 8 & Andy K pitched in to add to the score with, 7 points but that wasnt enough to get his team over the line this time. Bitter Sweet Ballers getting their first ever win on Shaqtn who hav been undefeated this season till now. Shaqtin’ a Fools looked to have the game in hand, but slowly the Bitter Sweet Ballers chipped away and closed out the game in the end, Shaqtin’ a Fools unable to match the shooting at the end as time expires.. Still in forst place but 4 game win streak busted! Get ready Div 1! BSB are comin for ya!
Benders had better offense than the defense of their opponent, Dellys Disciples and went back to the locker room with a solid Win. Dan W got the game high in points outscoring everyone with 22 points to shut the defense down. . Kalos H pitched in to add to the score with, 7 points, a much needed performance as they won the scoring matchup against the other teams leading man. Despite a good effort by the other team as Haydin K slotted in some 3s with some tidy finishes also to get 16 points recorded by the bench , Toby S 6 & Jack M ended up with an efficient 5 points helping out with the teams offensive load. . Benders are oon a 3 game winning streak now and this game they were on fire from the mid range through Dan W, the DEllys had Haydin try go shot for shot, but Dan W had the edge and pulled his team across the line. Dellys Disciples looked good mid game, but just lacked some stops at the right times, they sit in 4th. Benders are now in 2nd rank!
Div 2 teams are looking good this season, and in this round they showed out and showed up with some solid plays and moments that combined for a great game!
Foy Boys started strong and got the jump on Penetrators who struggled to break the defense to get buckets. Elliot B couldnt miss much as he led his team with 15 point game to contribute to his teams effort. . Michael F also helped out in the win with 12 points worth of buckets in the win. Which for this game outshines the effort of, Grifin S getting stats from everywhere including 7 points worth of buckets in the loss.. , Patty O & Taylor C pitched in to add to the score with, 4ea points on the sheet . Foy Boys looking for that top spot and are taking names in their wake, for the last 2 round they have won, and the Penetrators jumping from Div 3 are still researching the teams and testing them for later in the season matchups. Penetrators sit in equal 5th but got awoken this game, time to go next level! Foy Boys are doing well and sit in 2nd place!
Double Dribble got a good first ever win on the forever hustling Dunkings in a game that had the winners go on scoring runs that werent answered in time. Matt G with an epic performance and great score of 16 points in the big dominating victory. . Jayke Z finished the game with a commendable 7 points to get over the line. but on the other side Ivan C getting stats from everywhere including 11 points as he was operating in automatic mode , Sam B played well as far as getting 5 points in the matchup that couldve gone either way. . Double Dribble sittin mid rank on the ladder in 3rd spot but just a couple of wins away from the top ranks. Dunkings kept up the pace and pushed it from all sides putting pressure on the Double Dribble defense, but they were answered back with some quick fast breaks and some nice floaters in the middle from Matt G. Dunkings went down in the end and sit in equal 5th
Div 3 is the biggest Div with the biggest drama and biggest noise! The fight for ranks is here and the huge Div are going to war for Ws!
Orange Peelers grinded out a win in back and forth match vs Wheres the Gold and was victorious this round, thanks to some players putting in work. Omar N weaved through the zone D with some nice footwork finishing on 25 points, a much needed performance as they won the scoring matchup against the other teams leading man. . Mojo pitched in to add to the score with, 17 points on the sheet even though from the other team, Joel Snapping the wrist to perfection finding the bottom of the net for 15 points but a loss unfortunately , Darcy pitched in to add to the score with, 15 points helping out with the teams offensive load. . Orange Peelers looked to pace the game, and push at certain times through Omar. Wheres the Gold were doing well driving and pushgin the break, hitting a few thress too. Wheres the Gold had Joel and Darcy go off for 15 each as they tried to keep in the game. But Omar had other plans and closed out the game with a few solid drives and the bonus. Orange Peelers in first place but were tested by the up coming team Wheres the Gold who just jumped in to get busy and rattle the cage of the division!
L.A ICONS went back and forth but held the lead most of the game against Sweeet Azz who werent ready for them this game. Dimi S put in some big numbers and got the game high in points notching an impressive 22 points to get over the line. . Sam H was hitting the midrange shot with some soft touches 13 points worth of buckets in the win. the only resistance coming from, Ash had the licence to shoot and put them up to end on 11 points helping out with the teams offensive load. , Paul pitched in to add to the score with, 9 points but a loss unfortunately . L.A ICONS too dominant again! Sweeet Azz were good on the break out running the Icons but in the haflcourt set, it was all L.A ICONS who controlled the glass and got out on their fast breaks too through Dimi who led the way in scoring and his team sits in 2nd now. Sweeet Azz mid table in 6th spot…
Bandicoots matched up well against Gong Heavy and treated it like a playoff game Conor HG beasted hard this game finishing on a great 17 points to ensure they get the win this round. . James C helped out with the load getting 13 points in this game. Whilst on the other team, Ali M pushed the break and went home with a tidy 12 points but a loss unfortunately , Daniel R ended up with an efficient 5 points as he pitched in to add to the score. Bandicoots were looking to get their squad merged and working well together, with some extra troops this week that made all the difference. Gong Heavy did well to keep the defenseive line strong and get boards, but Conor HG was keen to run and got the fast break many times to increase the lead, unreachable to the Gong Heavy crew who drop their 4th in a row. Bandicoots in 5th spot and looking to climb the ladder soon after this great shooting display from James C to close out for the win also.
Raining 3s cant snap their 3 game losing streak after this game .Bank Shootaz Just able to get the win by a bucket or so , they underestimated the defence of their opponent and copped a loss for it Mitch H & Jordan H combined jersey numbers and scores to put in 18 comb. big ones to finish the game . Jarrod B getting stats from everywhere including 7 points on the sheet …, Nathan R got the game high in points outscoring everyone with 16 points recorded by the bench , Kenneth K pitched in to add to the score with, 12 points helping out with the teams offensive load. Raining 3s were due for a win, but so were Bank Shootaz. This game would get one of them out of the losing streaks and on the way to a win streak! Bank Shootaz came out with some accurate shooting, but as the game went on , Raining 3s were able to get more boards and more 2nd chance points despite the good shooting from Bank Shootaz. But the cltuch shooting overcame all of that and Banks Shootaz got up!
Average Joes had its sights set on BD Ballers and was victorious this round, thanks to some players putting in work. Danny B focussed on the W, summoned his hustle to put in work for 13 points, a much needed performance as they won the scoring matchup against the other teams leading man. . Max was heating up as he bagged 10 points in the big dominating victory. combining for a a good total to out do the eventual defeated, whos scorers were; Brennan F & Kobe G combined jersey numbers and scores to put in 13 comb. points but a loss unfortunately , Josh F got to good spots on the court and shot well with 6 points worth of buckets in the loss.. Average Joes on top of things as they took on the throwback team who are looking to to reclaim former glory this season. BD Ballers did well in spots but needed alittle more on the inside and a couple of threes to catch the Joes who were off and running and popping Js up from the mid range. BD Ballers start the ladder climb, not this week but in the next few round for sure as they get their touch back. Average Joes in equal 3rd now and looking like a contender for top spot this season on the ladder.
Air Ballers ,right out of the gates, jumped on the Cream City in a game that had the winners go on scoring runs that werent answered in time. Cam H led all scorers on a solid 19 points worth of buckets in the win. . Darcy J helped out with the load getting 13 point performance. simply taking over and stifling most of their scorers expect for, Andy K let it fly and hit more than missed with 16 points recorded by the bench , Tom ended up with an efficient 11 points but a loss unfortunately . Cream Citys 3 game win streak is over! Air Ballers said, LETS GO….and that’s what they did, Cream Cityhad no chance once the 2nd half came, with a quick jump out in the lead to start the game, it was all defending th lead and Cream City trying to catch up. This time The scoring was down low and through Tom up top, BJ Taco also put in some tasty elbow jumpers too but all that wasn’t enough as the UBL hype crew Air Ballers got over the line through sheer enthusiasm and some nice plays. Airballers in 3rd spot and Cream City in 4th.
