Dream Team ,right out of the gates, jumped on the Shellharbour Havaliers , who underestimated the hustle of their opponent and copped a loss for it Snowy O couldnt be stopped this game, and could be contained, the D had no answer as he scored a whopping 32 points to ensure they get the win this round. . Des D owning the glass and taking names in the post with 20 points to his name as he helps lead the boys to a much needed win. whilst on the other team, Wayne J was heating up as he bagged 14 points on the sheet , S Lal scored well but it wasnt enough as he notched 10 points together as they go down in this matchup. Dream team just too active and too much running giving them multiple fast break points and extra oppourtunities to put a lead on Havaliers who pushed it inside and did well on the glass but weren’t able to string enough points together to make a run at the lead, they cop an L this game, Dream team looking like a top team, they will surely be tested soon!
Figtree Cannons got a good win on the Ingles Angels and was victorious this round, thanks to some players putting in work. Thomas S beasted hard this game finishing on a great 12 points to shut the defense down. . Nathan C started scoring later in the game but ended up on 5 points, a much needed performance as they won the scoring matchup against the other teams leading man. Despite a good effort by the other team as Finbar had the licence to shoot and put them up to end on 6 points recorded by the bench , Dunny finished the game with a commendable 6 points helping out with the teams offensive load. Figgy Cannon firing their biggest cannonballs at the Angels sent by Ingles, who found it hard to get inside to score this game, getting some extra passes going and some nice 1-2 plays, but the 3s weren’t coming easy , and the glass was taken by the Cannons who got them the victory. Ingles Angels looking to make a run and get some streaks going in coming rounds.
Globo Gym got a good first ever win on the forever hustling Get to the Chopper undermanned but pumped up for the challenge. Liam C led all scorers on a solid 12 points to lead to victory. . Reggie K pitched in to add to the score with, 9 points worth of buckets in the win. Which for this game outshines the effort of, Nik M finished the game with a commendable 7 points worth of buckets in the loss.. , Kyle scored well but it wasnt enough as he notched 6 points on the sheet . Globo Gym heading the division and keeping their 1st spot as they flex their balanced attack getting numbers from many players as they put their skills on display whilst getting buckets, more than Get to the Chopper despite a scoring streak by Nik M hitting on some smooth jumpers to try and catch up, but it wasn’t enough this time and they lose their first game to the Globo Gym juggernaught.

Buckled knees get away with this one, leading most of the game but unable to stop a late surge by the Birchos who were just too quick on the shot and kept up the pace passing well to all the boys who almost all got a bucket. There jsut weren’t enough buckets this round to claw their way back as Buckled knees hit one extra shot every time they got close. Birchos go down in their first game, but look like they could come together well as a team..
