Div 1 ladder is locked in for 1st place, no1 can catch the Mudflaps, but 2nd place in in contention as well as the 4th place which is locked between two teams….its on!
Haz Beanz had better offense than the defense of their opponent, Universe 7 who werent ready for them this game. Azza P couldnt be stopped this game, and couldnt be contained, the D had no answer as he scored a whopping 28 points to ensure they get the win this round. . Brook H let it fly and hit more than missed with 18 points worth of buckets in the win. whilst on the other team, Grady couldnt miss much as he led his team with 18 points on the sheet , Jerome T getting some fadeaways to fall to contribute to the result with 15 points but that wasnt enough to get his team over the line this time. 2nd place Haz Beanz on a 4 game win streak after this match, which started closer until the shooter of the veteran crew in Div 1 got busy and saw many swishes, Universe 7 had some nice runs an a great first half shooting game from JT, but that wasn’t all they needed, they needed stops, and couldn’t get it this game. Mudflaps knew it would take more than buckets, they needed stops and that got them the win.. #talk2mebro in a game that had the winners go on scoring runs that werent answered in time. Farrar couldnt be stopped this game, and couldnt be contained, the D had no answer as he scored a whopping 17 points to shut the defense down. . Carlson H first step too quick for the guard defense on top totalling 14 points, a much needed performance as they won the scoring matchup against the other teams leading man. Despite a good effort by the other team as Jed P scored well but it wasnt enough as he notched 15 points recorded by the bench , Chili 5 & Connor M finished the game with a commendable 5 points helping out with the teams offensive load. Flaps are flapping their wings and getting their high percentage basketball flow going well on the offensive end and put up a big show on defense this game too as they took on the 3rd place TTMB who just didn’t have their scorers put them on the runs they usually do by pushing it into the middle, Flaps in 1st still as they disperse the hustling TTMB crew who drop their 2nd game in a row.
Div 2 had some crazy games and results, sith some luck turning for some teams and some big show ups on the scoring end, as wlel as asn epic double OT game which was fire!
The Klaws needed an overtime thriller against the Free Agent Team in this round which would result in a great match. Yubang W got the game high in points outscoring everyone with 16 points to his name as he helps lead the boys to a much needed win. . Nick pushed the break and went home with a tidy 10 points on the sheet even though from the other team, Jono C felt it was time to step up and got 15 points but a loss unfortunately , Jake P played well as far as getting 5 points helping out with the teams offensive load. Klaws fighting for 5th place and get a help up this game as they finally go the job done in OT , Cameron & Yubang got perfect with their free throws in the 2nd OT to seal the win and claim 4th rank, Free Agent team did really well to fight all game and keep in it!
Tenno Tip Rats were pumped to be playing Fun Guys and went back to the locker room with a solid Win. Ishan heat checked after hitting afew shots and kept going, owning this game with a great 17 points to get over the line. . Jacob Q had the licence to shoot and put them up to end on 12 points worth of buckets in the win. the only resistance coming from, Justin F couldnt miss much as he led his team with 16 points helping out with the teams offensive load. , Cam F 6 & Lach M pitched in to add to the score with, 6 points but a loss unfortunately . Sneaky Prawns grinded out a win in back and forth match vs The Oubres and was victorious this round, thanks to some players putting in work. The game was all in control by Sneaky Prawns after some big threes by Sam mid game. Oubres fought back and pushed it righ til the final moments where their drawn up play was broken up by the Prawns Sneaky defense and they couldn’t get the 3 up to get the equalizer, Oubres in 2nd as the top of the table match concludes.
Towradgi Rattlesnakes focused on the eyes of the opponent and got alot of steals which concerted to points, and the win against Gongstar* who werent ready for them this game. Riley O got the game high in points outscoring everyone with 27 big ones to conlclude the mission . Drew P scored well with 14 points on the sheet which simply outscored the other teams leaders being, Mike had the licence to shoot and put them up to end on 17 points recorded by the bench , Russell was feeling good with 15 points helping out with the teams offensive load. .Rattlesnakes sit in 5th and were just too strong on the outside shot this game as the boys jumpe don Rileys back to get some big plays ending in some open shots for the man on a mission to keep their rank high. 3rd place Gongstar were excellent on some nice spin moves and even nice tough plays, but their attack was stopped mostly by the bigs and busy hands of Rattlesnakes this game and copped the L.
