2nd ranked Lights Out Traded buckets most game, but kept a nice buffer all game to close it out vs 1ST place Shaqtin a Fools in a grind of a game coming right down to the last few minutes to decide the winner. Top scorers in this game were, Reggie ( 17 ) top scoring for his team, & ake L ( 14 ) . The opponents top scorers were; Will P ( 20 ) , & Andy K ( 11 ) .
1st quarter was neck and neck with neither team getting the edge yet, Jake P and Elliot going head to head in scoring putting in some hard work in the quarter. only 2 points separating them after 12 minutes, a few tough shots going out for both teams as they warmed into the game. Shaqtn up by 2 at this point.
2nd quarter picked up in scoring a bit with Lights Out making multiple plays to get out ahead in score bt a little bit, Reggie and jamie C working their way into the paint, as Will P stepped up the scoring helped out by Brynn from the mid range, the boards looking bad for Shaqtn as they were a little smaller down there but hustled to get some tough boards.
3rd quarter action saw the momentum come back a little in the favor of Shaqtin a Fools as the put up 4 more point to bring the scores almost even . Lights Out letting the lead slip a little as they were hammered on their end with some tough defense forcing some tough shots. The final 12 minutes would separate the 2 teams and find a winner.
4th quarter Shaqtin a Fools came out looking to score quick, but were met with an equally intense Lights Out who had Reggie launch into gear and hit some mometum swinings threes to get the lead and keep it till the end of the 12 mins, despite Elliot and Wills constant attack. Andy K stepped up with some point inside and out but they werent able to capitalize on the few crucial plays they needed in the last minutes to catch up and try get the 3 peat.
Shaqtin a Fools had some good performers, Andy K 11 pt 10 rebound double double, Will P with game high 20pts 2steals on 50% shooting. Elliot J with 9pts 7rebs.
Lights Out had some big plays and scoring from Reggie K who shot 45% anf hit 17pts 4 steals. Jake L slotted in 14pts and 12 rebound double double!

2nd place Buckled Knees went back and forth but held the lead most of the game against 6th ranked KS Buckets in this round which would result in a great match. Top point getters in this game were, Luke Hatchy ( 14 ) leading his team & Scott Murphy ( 10 ) . The other teams' top scorers were; Freddie F ( 17 ) , & Edward B, Matt D, Aiden NB ( 3ea ) .
1st quarter was a slow start for both teams, both putting on the defensive stops to limit the scoring, Freddie starting hot as always, hitting some tough jumpers, and Buckled knees guards got running and shooting with Hatchy and Scotty looking for their shot every time to keep the pressure on. BUckled knees up by 4 at the end of this quarter
2nd quarter Buckled Knees able to keep the lead this quarter despite put losing a point on the lead which they got by giving up the ball to the wings and letting the team cut and look for gaps in the zone to attack. Freddie and Hatchy going at it with jumpers and 3s up to this point, creating a good matchup in all positions Buckled Knees up by 3 at the half.
3rd quarter Buckled Knees down by 2 points in the quarter as they were outscored 10 to 8, only a small margin, as both teams coudlnt get a big run on each other, Hatchy hitting some big 3s in the quarter to keep Buckled Knees in the lead sligtly going into the 4th quarter, 12 minute left, it was time to go hard and leave it on the court.
4th quarter Buckled Knees came out strong hitting fast break and 2nd chance points to get back into the lead and outscore KS Buckets 11-2 in the 12 mins, which was the break out run they needed to clinch this title for Buckled Knees !
KS Buckets had some good performers, Freddie F with 17 points and 15 rebounds, a huge doubel double doing his best to carry the load, Matt Aiden and Ed B combined for 9 points
Buckled Knees had some big plays and scoring from SCotty M with 10 pts and 13 rebs for a solid double double. Luke H with 14 points hitting 3 threes!

1st ranked Crep Kings1 werent going to stand down against 3rd place Dads Army and luckily scraped up a solid close out victory Top performers in this game were, Jaz M ( 22 ) leading the way & Mo G ( 18 ) . Their opponents had top scorers too, and they were; Wayne J ( 28 ) , & Shamith Lal ( 7 )
1st half Crep Kings1 starting well with everyone getting in on the action, Mo was hitting 3s, Jaz M was going hard in the paint and putting pressure on the bigs from Dads Army as everyone also helped out on boards which they were better at this half with 5 more rebs but the score was the same at the half, neither team getting advantage yet as they both push it on defense, bodies going to the ground on both ends as the physical game went on into the 2nd half. Dads Army saw Wayne M go into Mamba mode and put in 14 points in the half, leading the way with Glenn B providing 3 balls from the outside to keep the score even. Crep Kings1 putting up more 3s but only able to hit 40% of them but looked to be heating up going into the last 20 mins.
2nd half it was the Mo G show at the start as he hit 8 points in quick succession to help Crep Kings1 to a slight lead halfway through the 2nd. Dads Army guards kept looking for their chances to shoot, but the D was thick and the only way in was through Waynes drives which were working well collecting and1s to keep up the scoring. But the lack of boards and assists came to a head, and with the difference in boards being 15 in the and, Crep Kings1 dominated through 2nd chance points and rebounds in the 2nd half, putting Dads Army on the back foot and snatching the title from them this season!
Crep Kings1 had some good performers, Mo G on 18 pts and 3 steals, Jaz M was big time with 22 points 12 rebs and 6 blocks in an epic double double. Charlie got 11 rebs to help clean up the glass and dominate the paint.
Dads Army had some big plays and scoring from Wayne J on 28 points and 8 rebs, Glenn B with 8 points and Sham L with 7 points to help with the effort.

1st place White Men Cant Jump took the game second half from the 2nd ranked Illawarriors and put up alot of unanswered buckets to mount up the lead and the win. Top scorers in this game were, Mihajlo J ( 21 ) getting the team high in points & Joshua B ( 13 ) . The opponents top scorers were; Michael K ( 9 ) leading his squad , & Wendell ( 8 ) .
1st half White Men Cant Jump looked to get ahead early, and it was going to plan as everyone got to see the bucket at some point and get some to go down. almost all players scoring in the quarter, led by Mihajlo on 11 points, shooting 80% so far in a great start for White Men Cant Jump . Illawarriors were on the back foot early as they trailed by 10 points after ths first 20 minutes despite some nice shots by jake D and Michael K who were looking score every time to keep things close enough to mount a run and even things up. White Men Cant Jump with a comfy lead but were keeping away that it can be erased with a quick run in the 2nd half.
2nd half White Men Cant Jump kept up their strong play and put the ball in the hands of the shot makers, which were Dimi Mihajlo and not to mention Joshua B who was lights up from mid range to help the White Men Cant Jump crew jump ahead more in score and put the game out of reach , outrebounding Illawarriors by 11 which was a huge difference in this game delivering the win and the title! Illawarriors had Michael K and Jake D combine for 16 by the end of the game with Dell stepping up his play down low, muscling in for 8 points. White Men Cant Jump emerge winners in this one after a dominant season and look to challenge themselves in the next season in Div 3!
WHITE MEN CANT JUMPs had some good performers, Mihajlo on 21 points 6 rebs on 57% shooting. Sean F with 10 rebounds, and Josh B with a big time 13 points and 8 rebs on 60% shooting!
ILLAWARRIORS had some big plays and scoring from Michael K on 9 hitting 2 threes and Wendell K on 8 points, with Jake D able to get 7 points to land.
