Div 1 always puts on a show, and with the ladder super close, the games followed suit to give us some big time games.
Aces went back and forth but held the lead most of the game against KillaBeez and was able to get the much needed win. Fola getting stats from everywhere including 18 points to ensure they get the win this round. . Miles weaved through the zone D with some nice footwork finishing on 17 points worth of buckets in the win. whilst on the other team, Will G heat checked after hitting afew shots and kept going, owning this game with a great 18 points on the sheet , Andy K going to work down low in the blender. 7 points but that wasnt enough to get his team over the line this time. Aces weren’t going to lose this one, with the undermanned KillaBeez who put in their best efforts against the deep Aces crew who came out strong putting KillaBeez on the back foot till Will Geezee turned back the clock for some big moves and buckets. But that wasn’t enough this time Aces were too strong on the drive as the KillaBeez defence was frozen. Aces climbing up the ladder as they look to try and get a playoffs seed. KillaBeez in 4th.
Double Dunkers took the game second half from the The Bandwagoners and knew it would be a test on their troops. CJ let it fly and hit more than missed with 10 points to shut the defense down. . Tim played hard and got the same score on the sheet, with 9 points, a much needed performance as they won the scoring matchup against the other teams leading man. Despite a good effort by the other team as Izaak W got the game high in points outscoring everyone with 14 points recorded by the bench , Ryan M Snapping the wrist to perfection finding the bottom of the net for 9 points helping out with the teams offensive load. Bandwagoners had a good first half and were shooting well from the mid range trying to put a stop on the Double Dunkers offense who was firing on all cylinders. The Double Dunkers ran the break and controlled the halfcourt with some great unselfish plays! Double Dunkers in 3rd and Bandwagoners sit in 5th.
Top Gun Agents Crew (TGAC) grinded out a win in back and forth match vs Multiple Scoregasm and was victorious this round, thanks to some players putting in work. Matty B was heating up as he bagged 14 point game to contribute to his teams effort. . Oscar S Popping up some well timed floaters in the lane getting numbers, with 8 points worth of buckets in the win. Which for this game outshines the effort of, Aidan getting some fadeaways to fall to contribute to the result with 11 points worth of buckets in the loss.. , Michael H scored well but it wasnt enough as he notched 10 points on the sheet . TGAC came out with some good plays first half, but buckets weren’t landing right away. Multiple Scoregasm put some good work in 1st half and were getting some good momentum till TGAC pulled away as the 2nd half came around. TGAC take this one down after protecting the lead as they sit in 1st! Multiple Scoregasm in 6th after this battle which should have been closer!
Div 2 was thick with some back and forth action as the ladder starts another shake up a with 2nd 4th and 5th locked up and shared.
Bricklayers started strong and got the jump on Heat Check and was able to get the much needed win. Ethan B got the game high in points outscoring everyone with 18 points, a much needed performance as they won the scoring matchup against the other teams leading man. . Nathan R focussed on the W, summoned his hustle to put in work for 12 points on the sheet even though from the other team, Tyla T just too much experience shooting the 3 with 13 points but a loss unfortunately , Jake S scored well but it wasnt enough as he notched 10 points helping out with the teams offensive load. . Bricklayers 9 game losing streak is over and what a win it was. Bricklayers controlled this one as the first couple of buckets went down for them early. Heat Check always do well 2nd half, but this time the 2s weren’t falling as they usually do, like they did in the first half. Bricklayers kept up the attack and pushed their offense through Nathan who picked his spots and distributed to the hot shooting Ethan who helped close out the game for the win. Heat Check in 5th and Bricklayers in 6th but only by 3 points.
Dream Team were pumped to be playing Ultra Instinct who took another loss sliding a little further in rank on the ladder. Nathan D beasted hard this game finishing on a great 18 points to get over the line. . Grant O 16 & Dave G also helped out in the win with 14 points worth of buckets in the win. the only resistance coming from, Jamie S was heating up as he bagged 15 points helping out with the teams offensive load. , Jordan P played well as far as getting 8 points but a loss unfortunately . Dream team were grooving and doing some very efficient plays. They were able to execute their offence and push the ball in and out to keep Ultra Instinct running and leaving not much energy for their turn to score. Ultra Instinct hit a few jumpers from mid range which kept them within firing range but Dream team kept the lead and pushed the final minutes to ensure they get this one. Dream team in 4th and Ultra Instinct in 5th!
Wyangal Pirates shot the lights out against a helpless Fighting Mongooses who werent ready for them this game. Nick B channelled Kobe and wanted the win this time, getting 30 points to ensure they get the win this round. . Sam B pitched in to add to the score with, 9 points in this game. Whilst on the other team, Matty B was heating up as he bagged 14 points but a loss unfortunately , Zac pitched in to add to the score with, 6 points as he pitched in to add to the score. Pirates push their brand of ball and get behind captain Nick this game who had a cool 30 to drop on the Fighting Mongooses heads. Wyangal Pirates have been playing well lately and sit in 2nd spot after they dispatch the Mongooses this game with a varied attack of outside shots and drive inside. The overall factor was the hustle, and Mongooses take the L this game and sit in 4th.
The Whoopsy Fudge Stripes grinded out a win in back and forth match vs BD Ballers and knew it would be a test on their troops. Paul R 10 & Liam C let it fly and hit more than missed with 10 big ones to conlclude the mission . Lachlan W helped out with the load getting 9 points on the sheet which simply outscored the other teams leaders being, Cam B & Callum combined jersey numbers and scores to put in 23 points recorded by the bench , Brennan F Popping up some well timed floaters in the lane getting numbers, with 11 points helping out with the teams offensive load. . BD Ballers 5 game win streak is over. Whoopsy Fudge Stripes put in their hustle and extra energy on the defensive end taking BD Ballers by surprise who started the game using the halfcourt set to try and slow the pace. Cam put up some good shots to keep the game in reach, but Whoopsy Fudge Stripes just ran and ran and ran away with the win this time, BD Ballers unable to get stops to slow the bleeding this time. Whoopsy Fudge Stripes in 1st place still and BD Ballers in 3rd.
Div 3 had some solid games and matchups which resulted in some drama filled close endings. Whilst other gamews were a show of dominance as teams just had things going this round!

Parrots going great this game as they consistently did their thing all game with some nice drives and dishes at times which kept the Feel Team 6 crew trying to stop them on the inside which wasn’t working as well as theyd liked. Feel Team 6 had Cody go on a barrage of buckets, but he needed one more scorer to step up and have a good game to beat this crew. Parrots in 5th so far this season!
