Div 1 ladder is super stacked in only 2 ranks now! 3 teams on equal first and 3 on 2nd after this round which was full of epic matchups, the closeouts were well controlled and now its anyone game!
Double Dunkers got a good first ever win on the forever hustling Chargers couldnt stop the unselfish offense they were faced with this game. Peter T couldnt miss much as he led his team with 15 points to ensure they get the win this round. . Tim had the licence to shoot and put them up to end on 14 points worth of buckets in the win. whilst on the other team, Tim S got the game high in points outscoring everyone with 15 points on the sheet , Greg M 8 & Matty B was heating up as he bagged 7 points but that wasnt enough to get his team over the line this time. Chargers 3 game wining streak and undefeated season is void as the Double Ds stole this game by the smallest of margins. Double Dunkers with a Huge first ever win on the reigning champs who were simply keeping up the pace as they tried to lock down the break and hit on their outside shots, but it wasn’t as on point this time and the missed shots were converted to points by CJ and Double dunkers on the break. A great win to Double Ds. Equal first with Chargers now!
Top Gun Agents Crew (TGAC) got a good win on the sliding Multiple Scoregasm and it went to plan as they got a W on the backs of their scorers. Brent H Snapping the wrist to perfection finding the bottom of the net for 17 points to shut the defense down. . Oscar S finished the game with a commendable 17 points, a much needed performance as they won the scoring matchup against the other teams leading man. Despite a good effort by the other team as Ali M heat checked after hitting afew shots and kept going, owning this game with a great 24 points recorded by the bench , Michael H ended up with an efficient 7 points helping out with the teams offensive load. TGAC showing up big time I their first game of the merger of franchises which proved to be a good move getting some chemistry going and getting th W on a hungry MS crew still working on what offensive to play against the strong teams in Div1. MS in equal 2nd and TGAC in Equal 1st!
KillaBeez knew it would take more than buckets, they needed stops and that got them the win.. The Bandwagoners in a grind of a game coming right down to the last few minutes to decide the winner. Alex P couldnt be stopped this game, and couldnt be contained, the D had no answer as he scored a whopping 18 point game to contribute to his teams effort. . Andy K was unconscious and had no remorse for the defense piling in 17 points worth of buckets in the win. Which for this game outshines the effort of, Izaak W owning the glass and taking names in the post with 16 points worth of buckets in the loss.. , Ryan M just too much experience shooting the 3 with 12 points on the sheet . KillaBeez finally get a win this season as their first one comes just in time to avoid a 4th loss in a row.

Cream City with an amzing finish and win vs Wyangal Pirates , who underestimated the hustle of their opponent and copped a loss for it Tom just too much experience shooting the 3 with 15 points, a much needed performance as they won the scoring matchup against the other teams leading man. . Trent F getting stats from everywhere including 13 points on the sheet even though from the other team, Nick B got the game high in points outscoring everyone with 22 points but a loss unfortunately , Sam B the recipient of some nice extra passes for open shots getting him 13 points helping out with the teams offensive load . With both teams undefeated streaks on the line this game…Pirates 3 game winning streak and undefeated season is void as the Cream City crew stole this game by the smallest of margins. It was a lot of defense and extra passes from Cream City that got them through, Pirates spearheaded by Nick B who was able to keep up the scoring when Cream City would go on the break time after time. Cream City now in equal 1st and Pirates in equal 2nd!
BD Ballers started strong and got the jump on Dream Team who struggled to break the defense to get buckets. Rhys D got the game high in points outscoring everyone with 13 points to get over the line. . Brennan F pulling up Js from the around the paint and beyond resulting in 10 points worth of buckets in the win. the only resistance coming from, Dave G let it fly and hit more than missed with 9 points helping out with the teams offensive load. , Nathan D kept his average up there for the season with a nice 5 points but a loss unfortunately . BD Ballers had some extra hustle to bring to this game as they got going from all angles to attack the D. Dream Team just couldn’t put a run together all game and the BD Ballers pounced on them! BD in 4th and Dream Team in 5th!
Ultra Instinct wasnt ready this time around for Heat Check who pushed it all the way to the end and got their 2nd win of th season. FRom Ultra, Adam R was getting stats from everywhere including 14 points to ensure they get the win this round. . Hector A weaved through the zone D with some nice footwork finishing on 10 points in this game. Whilst on the other team, Heat Checks Franchise player, Jake E scored well as his efficient shooting pulled the boys out of a small gap in score as he notched 15 points and another solid show up for his team, Speedy ended up with an efficient 12 points as he pitched in to add to the score. Ultra now sit in equal 5th spot as they went down to the Heat Check crew who is starting to get some momentum in the div also in equal 5th…, Ultra just short on the board and missing a few crucial 3s which Heat check didnt leave unpunished…! The Whoopsy Fudge Stripes shot the lights out against a helpless Fighting Mongooses in a game that had the winners go on scoring runs that werent answered in time. Hamish S channelled Kobe and wanted the win this time, getting 11 big ones to conlclude the mission . Darcy H had his ducks in a line with a great game on 10 points on the sheet which simply outscored the other teams leaders being, Matty B scored well but it wasnt enough as he notched 11 points recorded by the bench , Joel S Popping up some well timed floaters in the lane getting numbers, with 8 points helping out with the teams offensive load. . Whoopsey the number 1 seed and not looking back, but they better as the top rank is shared, and the remaining ranks below only a game or 2 apart in points! Mongooses were undermanned but still worked hard to give it a good go. Whoopsey still outran them this game with their usual man on man full court offense and fast break finishes! Mongooses in equal 3rd place…

Generals stuck to their game and managed to outlast the Puthub crew who put up the 3 ball as their main attack getting a few to go, but not able to get the rebounds and 2nd chance points, which cost them, and Generals took the lead after a few cleanups going their way. Punthub putting the mid range on show but not able to defensively stop the Generals from putting in their buckets. Generals in 2nd place and PuntHub in 4th!
Love Handles needed an overtime thriller against the Fun Guys in a loud and hectic game keeping refs active and players tense. Jarrod M getting stats from everywhere including 19 points, a much needed performance as they won the scoring matchup against the other teams leading man. . Ethan P was heating up as he bagged 12 points in the big dominating victory. combining for a a good total to out do the eventual defeated, whos scorers were; Mattias I had a pretty good game scoring wise with 18 points but a loss unfortunately , Justin F got to good spots on the court and shot well with 10 points worth of buckets in the loss.. . OVERTIME!!! You heard right, this one went OT, and the game was just too close all game as players answered back shots with their own shots to match. With some touches of clutch from both teams, no one was able to get the advantage in regular time, and in the first OT it looked like Fun Guys would get ahead ,but Love Handles never gave up and it went to a shootout from the stripe, the well trained Love Handles creeping away with the win after this super close battle!
