2nd place Hogz shot the lights out against a helpless 3rd ranked Avengers and it went to plan as they got a W on the backs of their scorers. Top scorers in this game were, Aaron Puljic ( 19 ) top scoring for his team, & Nate Puljic ( 18 ) . The opponents top scorers were; Jake L ( 23 ) , & Liam C ( 10 ). Hogz keeping their cool and playing their game, sticking to the plan, play 5 out small ball and get 3s up in volume, and it worked well to start with then Avengers came back behind Jak and Liam who were putting in Js and buckets inside to help get the boys close to catch up and lead for a short while. Aaron P and Nate put up some big shots and sparked some runs that got the Hogz back in the game and the hot shooting kept going till the 40 minute mark where they claimed the W and the advancement to the Grand Finals! Avengers go home early after a great season always putting in their best on both ends, hustling hard and showing up in big moments.

Div 2
4th ranked BOHICA wins a resounding victory over the unlucky 5th place Grizzly Beers in a game that had the winners go on scoring runs that werent answered in time. Top point getters in this game were, Connor Menehira ( 17 ) leading his team & JJ Carriage ( 12 ) . The other teams' top scorers were; Sam Branch ( 17 ) , & Ash D ( 9 ) . BOHICA had been on the wrong end of this matchup before, but this time they locked in and summoned all their years of playoff experience to get over the line. Connor and JJ were running hard and slashing inside to get constant buckets in the match . Grizzly Beers were keeping up and clamping down in the paint, Sam and Ash D combining for 26 in the loss to lead their team who just ran out of options late game giving BOHICA the win and place in the Semis. Grizzly Beers go home after a good season hanging near the top of the ladder only to fall just short in this game.

6th place Dawgs Traded buckets most game, but kept a nice buffer all game to close it out vs 3rd ranked Fumblerz in this round which would result in a great match. Top performers in this game were, Mitchell Wood ( 22 ) leading the way & Shean Delaney ( 12 ) . Their opponents had top scorers too, and they were; Nitin A ( 14 ) , & Danny Barbz ( 13 ) . Dawgs picking up the push inside and on the break this game as they get a win taking down Fumblerz despite Nitins dominant game inside the paint and Barbz hitting some big jumpers. Sean D and Mitch W combined for 34 in the win as they made sure their looks went in and their defenders didnt get clean shots. Dawgs go into the Semis now after this win and Fumblerz take the bus home early after a disjointed season...

Div 3
5th ranked Ksbuckets took the game second half from the 4th place The Brothers and went back to the locker room with a solid Win. Top scorers in this game were, Freddie F ( 22 ) getting the team high in points & Cooper C & Ed B ( 6ea ) . The opponents top scorers were; Greiby Petit ( 13 ) leading his squad , & Latham M ( 7 ). Ksbuckets not able to get their momentum goin till 2nd half this game as The Brothers kept up and answered back on ever bucket they had to make this a close matchup. It wasnt till the 2nd half when Freddie D was able to get some energy sparking and1s which sent the Ksbuckets into overdrive, Cooper and Ed having a good game too to help out. The Brothers played well behind Greiby and Latham who were able to hit some contested looks. KS Buckets go onto the Semis and The Brothers exit early from the race despite a good run in Div 3 this season!

3rd ranked Airballers gets the W in a much needed and hard fought game versus 6th place Jasons Buckets Ballers and luckily scraped up a solid close out victory Top scorers in this game were, Thomas ( 7 ) getting team high in the win & Adam S ( 6 ) . The opponents top scorers were; Jacob ( 13 ) stepping up for his team , & Mark M ( 6 ). Airballers taking the ball to the rack and playing defense at the right intensity to put off many of JBBz shots despite Jacob getting some nice jumpers to go rising high above the D to get a clear shot. But Dam S and Thomas combined for 13 in the win as the scoring was spread making sure they do 1 extra to find the open shot. This worked well and they take down JBBz sending them home after a solid season balling against alot of the top teams and pushing them to close games. Airballers proceed to the Semis to see if they can keep the hustle going!

3rd ranked Super Chads started strong and got the jump on 6th ranked Seeker Buckets , who underestimated the bigs of their opponent and copped a loss for it Top scorers in this game were, Nick B ( 15 ) leading the way & Jordan Ball ( 14 ) . The opponents top scorers were; James ( 10 ) , & Jeff & Curt ( 6ea ) . Super Chads taking the ball into the teeth of the D and cleaning up the boards to win this game. Seeker Buckets were playign a great game, getting some great drives to the hoop finishing with some sauce at times putting on a show for the crowd. But it wasnt Seeker Buckets time to win this time around despite good games from James Jess and Curt and they make way for Super Chads to go to the Semi finals. Nick B and Jordan B provided the duo that won the game for them this game combining for 29 points to propel the team forward!

4th ranked Sugar Dunkertons went back and forth but held the lead most of the game against 5th ranked Chestas Disciples and was able to get the much needed win. Top scorers in this game were, Dylan Thornton ( 13 ) leading his team & Adam M ( 11 ) . The opponents top scorers were; Shamith Lal ( 7 ) , & Jedd Ross ( 6 ) . Sugar Dunkertons looking like they could surprise everyone and take the chip as they put down a dominant game this round behind Dylan T and Adam who were able to put in 24 points together in the win which was enough to overwhlem the Chestas Disciples crew who have had little playoff experience compared to Sugar Dunkertons. Sham and Jedd led their team in the loss but tried their best to keep up the pace and defend the inside against the bigger Sugar Ds crew. Chestas Disciples go home early but look to be improving as the season winds down for them. Sugar Ds go to the Semis next week!
